Growing up on the sounds of Gregory Isaacs and Duran Duran, electronic pop singer Dido mastered piano, violin and recorder by the time she reached her teens. As a student at the Guildhall School of Music in London she had lots of time to practice and developed a passion for music and began to develop her impassioned tone.
Appearing on the debut album of a band that her brother, Rollo, produced, Faithless, went on to sell five million records of Reverance. Dido toured with Faithless for the next few years and any time she spent in London was working on her own demo tapes.
After signing with Arista, Dido's debut solo album, NO ANGEL was produced by Rollo, Rick Nowels and Youth. Singles including "Here With Me", "Honestly OK" and "Don't Think of Me" have all been steadily climbing the charts since the 1999 album release.
Recently Dido has teamed with Eminem for his single "Stan" which uses parts of her single "Thank You"

Dido has been busy touring and promoting her album across the United States. She has toured with Lilith Fair and has appeared on Saturday Night Live with Eminem. Her busy schedule will slow down for a short Christmas break and pick up again with a tour of ope, Australia and Japan. She is hopeful that next spring or early summer that she will begin a new album.
